Ganttly is an AI-powered project status reporting tool offered as a subscription service by Polsia. The service takes raw project inputs — such as task descriptions, milestone dates, and risk notes — and generates structured stakeholder reports, including interactive Gantt chart visualizations.
We endeavor to keep the service available and accurate, but Ganttly is a tool that assists in report generation. The content of any generated report remains the responsibility of the user.

You may not use Ganttly to generate false, misleading, or defamatory reports. You are solely responsible for how you use the output of the service.
Ganttly Pro is billed at $19 per month per account, after a 7-day free trial. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins, unless required by applicable law.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your reports and data remain accessible for a reasonable period after cancellation.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Ganttly stores your project inputs, generated reports, and account information to provide the service. You retain full ownership of all data you submit.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be processed by trusted subprocessors (such as OpenAI for AI generation and Stripe for billing) solely to deliver the service. For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy (if applicable).
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access or loss. However, no system is completely secure — you use the service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polsia and Ganttly are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill — arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Ganttly shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for a period of up to 30 days before deletion, unless otherwise required by law. We have no obligation to maintain copies of your reports after this window.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
